New Life Baptist Church was commissioned and sent out from Heartland Baptist Fellowship in Harrisonville, MO. NLBC began as a Bible study in January 2017 and grew into an independent Bible-believing Baptist Church.
Leadership has transitioned from Pastor Brad McGuire to his disciple, Pastor Travis LaFarge as Head Pastor, fulfilling 2Timothy 2:2.
Our Beliefs:
At New Life Baptist Church, we believe that Jesus Christ is the only begotten Son of God, born of a virgin, perfectly sinless. We hold to the truth of the scriptures that Jesus died for the sins of the world, was buried, and rose three days later. Salvation is by grace through faith in his finished work on the cross and his glorious resurrection. At salvation, we obtain forgiveness of sins, reconciliation with God the Father, eternal life in heaven, and new life on earth.
We believe that the Bible is the inspired, preserved, perfect, and complete word of God, and preach the KJV.
At New Life Baptist Church, we are committed to preaching the true gospel with the intent of bringing sinners to repentance and faith in Jesus Christ.
Discipleship is really the heartbeat of New Life Baptist Church. We love investing truth into other people and watching them grow in the grace and the knowledge of the Lord. You can visit the discipleship page for more information about this!
NLBC also has a heart for missions and currently supports Joe and Amy Hendrigsman in Oaxaca, Mexico.
