In this sermon on 1Timothy 5:1-2, pastor Brad reminds the church that believers are the family of God.  He encourages them to handle conflict biblically, with respect and not emotion.  The elder men and women in the church are to be treated as fathers and mothers, and the younger men and women are to be treated as brothers and sisters, not just by the pastor of the church but everyone.
